Jermaine Dupri is being sued by Aika Kendrick, who claims the rapper/producer recorded a personal phone call with her and used it on the song ‘The One’ without her permission. Kendrick wants $250k for her vocals being used. The lawsuit statesthat Kendrick “has been the subject of embarrassment, humiliation, and degradation” since the song’s release, which she claims to have requested her voice not be used on the record before its release.
