Britney Spears Fan Karl Lagerfeld Stuns Meg Ryan at Awards Show [Britney Spears]
Here at Defamer HQ, we'd agreed that no recent video packed so many delightful moments into so short a time as Stephen Colbert's rendition of "Peace, Love, and Understanding (f. Feist, Toby Keith, and a bear)," and then, a challenger emerged! Sure, there was lots of talk this morning about yesterday's Britney Spears performance at the German ceremony known as the Bambi Awards, but precious little of that discussion centered on Spears accepting her award from eccentric designer Karl Lagerfeld. BRITNEY DOES THE BAMBI AWARDS
While it’s infinitely better than her disasterous performance during the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, the comeback queen just doesn’t command the stage like she once used to. Her crisp and impossible-to-do dance moves have been replaced with a lot of aimless walking around on stage. She’s better….but not quite there yet. Your thoughts? Afterwards, Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld presented Britney with an award for Best International Pop Star. She sure looks happy, doesn’t

The Most Awkward Minute Of Britney’s Life…
[Images:]After Britney Spears performed Womanizer last night at the Bambi awards in Germany, legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld stepped onto the stage to present her with an award. But as the designer did this, he decided to give the singer an impromptu congratulatory speech. So why was this so awkward?
