*A $2.5 million breach-of-contract lawsuit has been filed against Lil Kim by Brookland Media over claims that the rapper failed to deliver tracks as required by their contract.        The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, says Brookland paid Atlantic Records $200,000 to get her out of her previous contract, spent $240,000 to produce eight songs and shelled out $12,000 per month in rent for a home near Kim's Alpine, N.J., home.
