There will be no wedding bells for Titanic actor Billy Zane and his fiancée, actress Kelly Brook. "We can confirm that Kelly and Billy have split," Brook's manager, John Fowler, tells Usmagazine.com. Brook wasn’t wearing her engagement ring at a TV awards show on Sunday, according to British reports. Zane, 42, and Brook, 28, met while filming thriller Three in 2004. Zane is known for his role as Kate Winslet’s controlling fiance in the smash hit Titanic.
