Beyonce Knowles' new album is set to be delayed.The former Destiny's Child singer is due at Sony BMG Music today (01.10.08) to make an announcement about the record's release - which was originally scheduled for November 18 - but insiders say they have run into problems.A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "The album is not going to be completed by November 18.
