Gay Marriage: In round two of the D.C. Council hearings on Marriage equality, a Gay couple took their relationship to the next level. For his testimony to the panel, Andrew Hertzberg popped the big question. "I would like to take a huge step in my own life," Hertzberg said. "Andy Rollman, I'd like to ask you: Will you marry me?"
