Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, was sentenced to 27 months and told by Judge David Radford at Snaresbrook Crown Court, East London, that he had behaved in a "gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful" way. Amy Winehouse has left the hospital, it was confirmed Tuesday. The performer, who had a busy weekend of concerts, was discharged from the clinic where she has been staying for more than 10 days on Monday. Amy Winehouse... Rushed to Hospital
The ambulance service that rushed Amy Winehouse to the hospital has stated that "London Ambulance Service answered a call 8:40 p.m. this evening to an address in NW1 following reports of an adult female taken unwell," the service said. "We sent an ambulance and a fast response car. The patient was taken to hospital." Her publicist has said that as of yet he has not been informed as to what has occurred or what is wrong with the pop star.

A spokeswoman for University College Hospital, where the singer spent the night, said she was ushered out via a private exit shortly after 9.45am. She was said to be in good spirits after a 'comfortable night'. The spokeswoman said: 'Our doctors decided to keep her overnight for observation. She had a comfortable night and will be discharged today.'
