Abigail Breslin Finds Some Work
Abigail Breslin, who earned an Oscar nomination for Little Miss Sunshine and more recently starred in Nim’s Island and Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, will lend her voice for two animated flicks and run from zombies.
The trades are reporting that the young star will star opposite Johnny Depp in Gore Verbinski's animated adventure Rango for Paramount Pictures. The film centers on a household pet (Depp) who goes on an adventure to discover his true self.

If zombie comedy and Woody Harrelson weren’t enough to get your attention for the upcoming film “Zombieland,” superhot “ Superbad ” actress Emma Stone looks ready to jump into the cast as well. Stone is in final negotiations to join Harrelson and co-star Jesse Eisenberg in the Southwest-based screenplay to be directed by Ruben Fleischer, according to Variety .

Emma Stone is getting thrown into a post-apocalyptic American overrun by the undead in Zombieland . The actress, who has starred in Superbad and The House Bunny , will star with Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg in the horror-comedy.
Ruben Fleischer's film, lensing February in the Atlanta, Georgia area, concerns a band of survivors who team to fight the living dead in the Southwest after a zombie plague ravages America. Columbia Pictures is releasing the film October 9th.

"Superbad" Actress Emma Stone In Talks To Star In "Zombieland"
Emma Stone, who made her debut in 2007's comedy "Superbad," is in final negotiations to appear alongside Woody Harrelson in the Columbia horror-comedy pic "Zombieland."
The film, which also stars "Cursed" actor Jesse Eisenberg, centers on a group of survivors who team up to fight zombies in the post-apocalyptic Southwest after a plague destroys the country.
Ruben Fleischer will helm the project, while Gavin Palone will produce. Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese wrote the script.
