Katherine Heigl's former "Grey's Anatomy" co-stars are going on the record with ET about her decision to remove herself from Emmy contention because of being given material she didn't feel was worthy of Emmy consideration.
Former co-star Isaiah Washington, no stranger to controversy himself, spoke candidly about the situation. "It's unfortunate that what is happening is happening. I understand both sides, I was there. I know exactly where everyone's coming from."

The body of 48-year-old Michael John Van Dyke, who reportedly hanged himself, was found at the Agoura Hills property on Wednesday.

A construction worker has committed suicide at Mel Gibson's house in Agoura Hills, California, according to a report.
The Lethal Weapon star and his family were not home when the 47-year-old's body was discovered on Wednesday (19 March 2008).
The property is currently under heavy construction. An emergency call was made to a police station in nearby Lost Hills - the same station where Gibson was taken following his infamous drink-driving arrest in 2006 - on Wednesday morning, reports website TMZ.com

Mel Gibson has committed to star in "Edge of Darkness," marking his first starring role in a feature film since he headlined "Signs" and "We Were Soldiers" in 2002.
Martin Campbell will direct the feature adaptation of the six-hour 1985 BBC miniseries, which Campbell also helmed.
William Monahan wrote the script, and Graham King is producing through his GK Films banner. Michael Wearing, who produced the original, will also produce, and the BBC will be involved in a producing capacity.

A buyer for a Chinese art collector bought the black-and-white image, taken by photographer Michel Comte in 1993 during her modeling days, Christie's auction house said.
