Charlize Theron mugs for the cameras at NYC premiere of 'Battle in Seattle'

Charlize Struts Her Best Dressed Stuff
Charlize Theron took advantage of the warm weather in New York with a little plaid dress she wore on The View yesterday before joining her man Stuart and costars for a screening of Battle in Seattle. Charlize always manages to look fabulous from the red carpet to the beach, and her efforts earned her a spot as one of People's 10 Best Dressed Stars of 2008. While we're not sure if we agree with some of the other honorees, Charlize's style continues to impress us even after the results are in.
Exclusive Clip: Charlize Theron Gets Rattled in Battle in Seattle
Hitting theaters this coming Friday is the politically charged, well-crafted drama Battle in Seattle, from first time director Stuart Townsend, who has starred in such films as Chaos Theory and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. As a director, Townsend has chosen to take a narrative approach to the city of Seattle and the tumultuous events that occurred during the meeting of the World Trade Organization in 1999. With a strong cast that includes the likes of Charlize Theron, Michelle Rodriguez, Andre Ben

LADY IN RED
Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron was a vision in red Dior as she attended the Cinema Society and Dior Beauty screening of Battle in Seattle at the Tribeca Grand Screening room in New York City tonight.
Joining Charlize was beau and director/writter Stuart Townsend along with the lead in the film Michelle Rodriguez and the always great Ray Liotta.
It may have been Stuart’s night to shine, but there is no doubt that Charlize stole the show!!

Industry buzz
Big-screen battle: Getting Charlize Theron to appear in "Battle in Seattle" was easy for filmmaker Stuart Townsend. She's his girlfriend.
"Everything else was very difficult," says Townsend, the Irish-born actor who is making his feature writing-directing debut with a fictional account of the 1999 protests that rocked the streets of Seattle when the city attempted to host a World Trade Organization conference.

Stuart Townsend on ‘Battle in Seattle’ and Battling Hollywood
Photo: Getty ImagesHalf a decade ago, Stuart Townsend — of Irish-indie and Charlize Theron–beloved fame — wasn’t getting roles he liked, so he decided to strike out on his own, crafting an ambitious, multi-narrative drama based on the protests that took over Seattle (and the World Trade Organization’s big conference there) in 1999. The brutally riveting film Battle in Seattle— starring Woody Harrelson, André Benjamin, Ray Liotta, and yes, Theron — hits the

Three Join Rogen In Observe And Report
Seth Rogen's a man who likes to keep his dance card full, with seven films in various stages of development and yet to be released. But he's just added further cast members to Observe and Report, and with production due to start this week, it looks like he's not slowing down yet.
The film sees Rogen play a deluded, self-important mall security chief who gets into a turf war with local cops. Anna Faris has signed on as the shop girl he's infatuated with, Michael Pena will play his right-hand man, and Ray L
Unexpected Trailer O’ The Day: ‘Fast & Furious’
Something interesting has come about today on MySpace in the trailer for Fast & Furious, the fourth movie in The Fast and the Furious franchise, which you can watch here below.
First of all, I do still hate that title. It should be illegal to just remove “the” and “and” from a previous title and use it as a title for your sequel. It’s lazy, man, c’mon now. Aside from this, though, I must say, the trailer brought me back. It looks like I would have expected the

*Michelle Rodriguez's character of Ana Lucia Cortez on ABC's "Lost" was last seen betrayed, shot and killed by Michael (Harold Perrineau) in season 2. But word has it that the actress is on the guest star list for the upcoming season.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Rodriguez may appear as soon as Episode 2 with fellow guest star Cheech Marin. The magazine says it’s likely that “Lost” character Hurley will have an imaginary run-in with Ana Lucia similar t

Early buzz: Fillion, 'Heroes,' Carrey, Merge and more
Morning, all! Last night I didn't do much aside from watch convention coverage and Weeds. It's kind of a rough transition to go from the excitement of the Olympics to the fairly tame conventions -- these guys could really benefit from a tumbling routine or something. Who knows, maybe that will happen tonight.
Your headlines:
- We have a story about the origin of Superman and the inspiration for Brad Meltzer's new book, The Book of Lies.
- ABC has ordered a new series starring ... Nathan Fillion!

Look out Jin (who, uh, may or may not be dead already). “Lost” star Daniel Dae Kim (seen here in his 2007 mug shot) pleaded no contest to drunken driving charges Friday. He faced a $500 fine.
He was arrested in Honolulu Oct. 25 when a police officer spotted him driving erratically. A blood alcohol content came in at 0.168 - more than double the state’s legal limit. He’s the third “Lost” alum to get nailed for DUI in Hawaii. The other two - Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia

FOX411: Michelle Rodriguez 'Lost' No More
Michelle Rodriguez is back. The very talented young actress had a tough time and bad press from her stint on "Lost" as Ana Lucia, the rough and tumble loner from the "Tailies."
Then, of course, she was arrested for a DUI in Hawaii. "Lost" dumped her from the show unceremoniously. She did five days in jail at the end of 2006. Last year she had some potential problems for violation of parole.
But that’s all behind her. Michelle, who made a one two punch with back to back d

'Lost' Resurrects Michelle Rodriguez!
Well, this should be interesting.
Michelle Rodriguez, arguably one of the more polarizing personalities to have ever gotten Lost, is returning to the show this season, multiple sources confirm to me exclusively.
Details of her comeback are, not surprisingly, shrouded in secrecy, but here's what I can tell you:
• Rodriguez is back for one episode, most likely this season's second. As a result, the risk to Hawaii's roadways is said to be minimal.
• Given that Ana Lucia's bullet-riddled
Bangers Battle In Seattle
I’m lovin’ Selita Ebanks’ haircut. I might have to rock this. Kinda makes her look older than what she is but who cares, right? She’s still a total banger.
Here’s sexy Selita, Charlize and Michelle Rodriguez at the screening of ‘Battle In Seattle’ at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in NYC on September 17th.

Officially Cool: The Ninja on the VMA Red Carpet
I got a sweet little update from the sneaky folks over at AskaNinja this morning. Apparently the Ninja snuck into the press line at this past weekend’s MTV Video Music Awards, or as the kids call it, the VMAs. There, our Ninja friend chatted it up with musicians, filmmakers and random celebs alike, including Choke director Clark Gregg, Fast and Furious star Michelle Rodriguez as well as that “Fatman Scoop” guy — we still don’t know what he does, but he’s definitely “
