Britney Spears will release her new album the day before her 27th birthday. 'Circus', the troubled singer's first new material since her public breakdown earlier this year, is coming out on December 1 and will be preceded by the single 'Womanizer'. Sean Garrett, one of her collaborators on the album, recently promised the singer's new material will "raise eyebrows". He said: "You always want to give Britney something she can feel intrigued by, because she's done so much. She's had some incredible albums.
